Teda's 7th and 1st Lost Tooth... huh?

Teda successfully pulled out her 7th tooth yesterday, with the help of her daddy! She was wearing it around her neck in a little tooth holder necklace she got from the dentist, and went outside to play.

Not long after she came running inside crying saying her tooth was gone. She was so worried the tooth fairy wouldn't come, but I told her if she writes a note shell understand. We told her it's all good, the tooth fairy will still come...

Here's the precious note she wrote. It says, "I lost my tooth somewhere. Can you give me a toy or something to me under my pillow? Can you please find it?" The best is the picture she drew of her mouth with a tiny space...and a sad face for her lost lost tooth. I can't believe our baby girl is almost 7... how did that happen?! She's awesome.

And yes, the tooth fairy totally came tonight and brought her gum and a dollar. That's funny, the tooth fairy used to bring me the same thing! Some things never change... :)
