A Great Team

This last Monday night, when Zach was out of town, the kids and I stayed at my parent's house. My dad was working on putting together a portable air conditioner that he's going to put in his garage for when he works out in the mornings. He works out with Julies' fiance Joel, his dad, and Zach (when he's not gone, or doesn't have a back injury- he's had a few lately- bummer!). So anways, he was putting this together, and wanted the kids to come and help. Teda totally got into it. She was helping him screw in all the screws, and it was so cute to watch them work together. My dad was so patient, and I think it was a great experience for both of them. Dane kinda just played around them, and when my mom came out, he'd say, "You want to join us?" He's not quite ready for a project like that that takes focus and a long attention span. He was just happy to be near them. Teda really had fun, and was so proud the next morning to see that it was all set up in the garage!
