We had such a wonderful time with Grammy this weekend! She came Thursday afternoon, and leaves this evening. We got to do lots of fun things together- go to the gym for open gym, lunch at Chick-fil-A, a dinner get together at my parent's house (along with my sisters husbands parents too), shopping around at a few stores for Christmas presents (I cannot believe Christmas is coming up already), a bbq in our driveway, church together this morning, and now just hanging out while the kids nap. She's gotten to read them stories, watch them wrestle with daddy, and we've done lots of laughing together. Oh, and I can't forget that little Teda LOVES putting on grammy's make-up for her. Dane even helped this morning. Teda decided she wants to not only be a mermaid when she grows up, but also a make up artist. Pretty awesome.
We've had a great time, and it will be hard to see her go. That's always the hard part. Spending a solid weekend together, and then having to leave. We hope to see her again in February though. We love you Grammy! And Poppie, if you read this, the kids missed you this weekend! They decided that you would be missing Grammy while she was here, but thank you for lending her out! :):) xoxo
